yep I've had to learn the lunchtime breakout the hardway too...
I would suggest leaving at lunch.

My business plan I leave at 11:30, go workout, shower, eat lunch, whatever, and don't come back until 1pm.

@sayed sometime I'm just torn between getting in early at a good price or waiting for confirmation at a higher price, so not totally sure how to handle it all the time
