Scaling into a Top Reversal in $BABA
$BABA was also on the Gap Scanner and I had 147.50, 146.50 (EMA9),145.50 and 144 for some sort of support written down. To the Upside I marked the 150 and 151.50s (EMA20). 

Out of the Open I missed $150 short, but kept $BABA on watch for the day.

When I saw BABA after the move up hesitate with the 148.50 level I initiated a quarter tier to the short side. 

It was a fakeout and and $BABA continued higher. 

My adds for quarter tiers was really good and there is nothing to complain about in regard of trade management. 

It took longer for the trade to play out, but I remained calm and distant as well as aware of the situation. patiently watched BABA grind higher. 

When it got above 149 and looked like it would reject it, I added the 2nd partial. 

$BABA sold off to my break-even, but I did not take off the trade. Moments later i somehow regretted that as the market seemed strong. But my total size and the risk involved felt still ok with half a tier and 60 shares total. 

$BABA made new highs and I had 150 in mind for the next add. When BABA spiked above 149.50 and rejected it I added another piece when the offer dropped 149.50. 

Again, just a small pullback for new highs. I had my first look on how much I was down, but still not worried. Rather confident about some sort of bigger correction on a retest of 150. 

That never happened. However $BABA seemed hesitant between 149.50s and .80s. When it looked like it would drop I added the last piece. BABA retested highs and dropped hard.

I took off half at break-even as that confluenced with a local support/resistance from earlier that day. To add that back in case this, too, would just be a pullback and reduce my overall risk. 

$BABA sold off and I took profits at 149 and EMA9 with the support. 

$BABA retraced back up and made a lower high. For some reason I did not add back, but stuck with the last 1/4 position until 148.50s just above VWAP.
