Better spot was 57.80, but I wonder if there is an obvious reason this wasn't going to work

Volume never came back in to push it higher.

yes, I saw that... but sometimes, volume comes in after the break starts. Often, by the time you see volume come in, the stock is twenty or thirty cents away from the correct entry point.

Yeah. It wasn't a bad attempt just didn't have the juice.
