"Mistake trade. I bought when the price was hitting the upper channel (resistance). I did not draw the channel so I was not avare of it when I did the trade. Stock pulled back taking my stop. The pull back was deep so I lost some money on this one.

I traded both ANF and PLUG - do you usually trade using 1 minute charts and daily?

Hi. I usually use 1 min chart for exact entry and 15 min chart to find the support and resistance levels. ( and of course daily chart ;-)
