Found stock on green scan via Finviz. Saw that it had gone straight up for two days without pulling back. Looked for parabolic move to $16.00 for entry short with a target of 15.00 since that was the breakout on the daily chart. Stock moved up to it and I tried to short but couldn't get a fill. Ended up filling at 15.94 for less than half of my position, then as it bounced back up for a split second the rest of my order filled. Then the downside started. Almost covered while it was grinding back up in the 15.70's and 15.80's but saw that it kept hitting 15.90 and failing, was going to cover for break-even if that broke. Stock failed at that mark and washed out. Held through other lower highs and overnight. Next morning we gapped up but buyers were weak and after the first candle we immediately started flushing. Rode the wave down to the 15.00 mark, then hit a market order and filled at 15.07 as it started bouncing. Great Textbook Short trade.
