$BABA also broke out at the open and above its 145.50 resistance to make a move up.
It’s VWAP was also very close by and i just watched it as it made its way up until it found resistance at 148.50.
My levels were 144 for support with short bias below. Above 145.50 and the 1$ increments above it to finally 150.
When $BABA looked like it would make a lower high for a Backside-Trade and looked weak, I opened a starter.
$BABA immediately dropped to my first target at 148. Unfortunately it was just a spike down and $BABA regained strength to make another leg up.
At 149.50 I added with a good entry to hit the local high for an average of 149.09 on 45 shares.
When it broke 149 I took a first partial to lighten up with VWAP below 148 as my target. With my profit I hit the local low. Nice Exit!
I might have been a bit too early here after $BABA retested and rejected 149.50. It spiked above. Like in $AAPL I just added to my short and $BABA immediately made another run higher. Average now 149.20 on 64 shares.
The one resistance I should have waited for. On the spike into 150 I added another partial for an average of 149.43 on 94 shares.
As it turned out that was the TOP! $BABA sold off and I took half off around break even on a reject of local support.
$BABA was weak and sold off and I used 149 and the local support below that to take off more with 148.50 and VWAP as final target.
Great Exit as I hit the Low on the final piece.
