When $BABA made another attempt higher I thought about a Backside-Trade and a lower high. So when $BABA made a stop at 149.50 I opened a starter.
Either it would drop lower for my first target at 149 or retest 150 and show some reaction there.
$BABA pulled back a little but regained strength to make the run for 150 where I did not place an order, but rather watch its reaction. Also in case it would run higher to 150.50 my next level.
In the first moment I thought I missed my chance for an add, but it retested and rejected 150 in several attempts.
My Entry was bad at 149.80 as my Offer was not filled.
Really not my day. I should have paid more attention to the chart. $BABA put in a nice drop to 149.50 and I missed my partial as I “hoped” it would crack that level. $BABA found some sort of support here and put in a little consolidation and BACKSIDE-OPPORTUNITY. As I was so worried about a move higher, $SPYs SMA200 still above and possible target for the day, that I took off half. Just to watch $BABA drop really hard to 149.
On the spike into 149 I took a first partial.
Unfortunately I did take off the rest in a fake move to the upside. Amateur move, Markus.
Better to call it a day.
$BABA eventually traded down to 147.50s
