$NVDA sold off nicely out of the open and I just watched as it made new lows.
For support I had 205.50 and 204 marked and 209.50 and 211 for resistance.
Here as well I hesitated in taking any position after the initial selloff for the bounce and when it made its way back above VWAP to test 209.50 resistance. Even though I saw the weakness I did not take a trade. Bummer as it would have worked out.
However, when NVDA approached 205.50 I had a closer look. $NVDA showed reaction at 205.50, bounced a bit, tested 205, made a move to 206 and I was hoping for a backside trade and small higher low for a retest of 205.50. Here I gave it a shot. Just to regret it immediately when $NVDA pulled back into 205 again.
205 held though! I already had 204 in mind for next reaction and my next add, but 205 held. $NVDA bounced hard.
My first profits were early as it really was strong. HOwever I took off parts on the spike above 206 and into 206.50s. I did better on the last piece, but eventually still covered too early.
Also I hesitated in taking a stab at it at 209. NVDA rejected that level hard with a spike and I had clear signal for a short. Ignored and just watched out of lack of confidence. $TWLO aftermath.
