TSLA Trade on Nov 12, 2018 10:47 from boldandnuts: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

$TSLA traded on rather low volume but looked clean. I did not trade it very well and here, too, I was impatient and too early on my entries.

My Levels for support were 345 341 340 and 336.

I had planned my first entry at 341 for a starter. Impatient as I was I already started my position at 342 just to watch it test 341 and then bounce in 343 where I was hesitant to take a profit.

That would have been totally different with an entry at 341! But this way I hesitated. $TSLA just tested it and reversed lower. Instead of taking off the trade I stuck with it.

Big Mistake!

TSLA grinded lower and sold off hard.

If it wasn't for my early I would not have added at 338 to lower my average. I would not have added there again when it looked like we would bounce, but didn't.

I would have added at 335.50 though and on the way down to 331.

But this way my average of 336.79 was still in the lower half between lows and VWAP, but too far away from the lows for my taste.

I took some losses into 336 and maybe a moment too early. 336 was respected and TSLA pulled back.

I added back as I thought 334 would hold, but 333 that I had originally marked for a pullback was eventually tested. Average now 335.82.

Long story short, I took profits way too early. Bad trading and well deserved loss. Not the biggest loss, but bigger than it must have been.
