You chased it instead of planning and preparing a solid trade with stop, entry, target= no trade and no discipline...….
A Quality Set-up, but very unusually behavior pre- market. Went from 83 to 87 premarket.
Buyers present entire time, stock will not breakdown. Trading inverse of SPY.
Spy was choppy but weak and DLTR wont crack 86.50.
If a stock shows several signs that buyers are present with unusually behavior, EXIT TRADE ASAP!
NICE WAY TO PROTECT LOSS WITH TIGHT STOP, BUT POOR PLANNING AND EXECUTION:
ENTRY SHOULD HAVE BEEN 87 with 87.87 as STOP. if you would have planned the trade you would have scaled in at 87.67 and scaled out at 86.10. 1.50 trade easy
14 retest of 87 resistance level and 3 false breakouts within STOP AREA of .87 cents!
Must loads up on shares, TON of SHORT confirmation!
