Short 100 shares one minute into the open and added 100 more as I watched it find weakness from yesterday's close. When it didn't fall as quickly as I would have liked I quickly took my profits and covered all 200 shares. I had my stop at my initial short price so I wasn't going to give this any wiggle room. Yet I failed to cover on the first big dip as I thought it would keep going. I was also trying to minimize the morning distractions of my son pulling on my leg asking for me to pick him up and get him "a sippy cup of milk", while my wife had the blow dryer running in the background and my youngest crying at the top of his lungs from a wet diaper. Ya, all I could do to maintain my trading focus.
