Stock Information: ETF 3x short the SPY very choppy beacuse it moves with the market

Was trying to short the market when it was bouncing very well, was looking at it all day but didn't have confidence in it. Need to execute better and follow the trade plan a lot better. Got in when the market was up trending with the QQQ in the lead and the SPY following. Need to have a better trade plan and also have more confidence. It's very choppy because of its the overall market.
