10:13:34 SPY T1 S/R level hovered and we got a HUGE trap thrown in and the market spiked down an insane amount. Heart skipped and when I was over 2:1 I bailed half and then dumped the 2nd part as I had no idea why we spiked down like that. A hold would have netted almost double at this point, but that was too odd to not just bail out of. I've seen this action before during news, and i was too worried that it could be a flush down and flush up with news.
