got in when it broke above the trend line running from HOD down along the tops of the pops. Unfortunately, it broke the other way.

I think this is the 3rd or 4th time i have played this type of trend break, and never seems to work for me. Might have to put this on my NO GO list.

This can be a good setup - and as an encouragement, it's not that you can't do it... only that you're unpracticed.... and I feel the same way about opening range breakouts...Kunal can nail those, I'm very unpracticed at those so paper trade those ORB's until I improve
