Unfortunately a loser.

I watched FB after it broke out of this beautiful Wedge/Flag it formed towards 149.50.

I had 151 153 and 154 down for resistance.

My Entry was way too early. There was this big rejection candle around 150.50, but its lows never broke. Instead on the next candles FB made higher lows and on the one red candle when I though we would crack the half dollar I took a stab. Instead of taking a loss on the break of highs, I stuck with it. Bad call!

My add was without reason. There was no clear signal yet. 151.36 is also odd and 150.50 eventually was tested and rejected.

However, there was no big pullback yet. FB continued higher. I was more patient now!

The next add below 152 was ok for the full dollar, but still too early. A decision-candle has formed and would have given me the same entry if I waited. Lows broke, but we found a bid and moved up further.

I knew FB would be out of breath soon and watched closer towards 152.50s.

NOW FB really formed a decision-candle for my final add and I was patient to wait for the next candle to open and lows to break. FB spiked lower, but retested to consolidate. I stuck with it and was confident.

FB eventually dropped like a stonea dn I took off half into my break-even at 151.67.

That level turned out to offer support. STRONG Support for the whole freaking lunch-time.

As my position was rather big and I wanted to see FB drop down to VWAP I did not use spikes higher towards 152 for an add. I really thought FB could make another run higher and I did not want to end up with a too big position in case of an afternoon run in the market.

I had plenty opportunities for adds, but hesitated and I had to stick with my average at support. I reduced my posiition each time we tested that level and found a bid before it looked like we would head higher.

Could really have played the range to the long and short side here. But who would have known??

Of course, minutes after I had taken off the last pieces on a last spike higher, FB reversed and sold off to 148.50. Yippie-f*ckin*-Yay...
