NFLX Trade on Jan 22, 2019 10:16 from boldandnuts: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

I did really good on NFLX. Coming out of the long weekend I also missed my entry at The Open on NFLX and hesitated to take a starter at the pre-market highs of 337. Just watched.

Resistance: 337 339 341 342.50
Support: 334(200) 328.50 325.50 320

NFLX chopped around and volume wasn't that great. It had a wide spread and moved around VWAP for a while before selling off with the market.

I was patient and did not like 332s as we were too close to VWAP. NFLX faked out to the upside to reverse hard and sell off into 330 and below.

Here I missed my entry at the Decision-Candle when NFLX broke back above 330. Trading slower it moved up to 331 to continue lower.

I am surprised how calm and patient I was. Not that I was not focused, but I kept watching the tape as NFLX moved lower and into 328.50 support. RSI was lowering and I missed the first bounce when hesitating at 328. No Decision-Candle.

NFLX retested and my entry was moments too early. NFLX broke 328 and when it stepped back up I took my starter as it looked like a double bottom. NFLX wasn't done yet ans spiked even lower to test 327.50.

Now it had formed a nice candle, but would have given me a worse entry. Hence all good.

I scaled out at 329, into 330 and 331 to stick with the rest.

Missed the backside short candle forming below 331 to exit and flip. Remained calm and wanted to see a backside test and higher low abvoe 328.50s to add back.

NFLX sold into 328 and when it started to move up again I added just a small portion just at 328.50. Took a quick profit as there was not the follow through I would have liked to see.

Stuck with the rest. Missed another add on the next retest of support into 327.50.

Hit the High for my Exit and on the fifth retest I gave it a stab again. Now exiting on breaks of support. Nice trade in NFLX :-)
