NFLX Trade on Jan 24, 2019 12:56 from boldandnuts: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

I tried NFLX again. This time to the long side, but drastically reduced size. i was so scared! But I needed to face my fear.

When NFLX came back towards 325 it found support above that and formed somewhat of a decision-candle. Not the cleanest but I took a stab on the break of highs.

It did not stick and I took my loss on half the position to reduce size. Waited too long as I thought we might just make a backside retest before a move higher as the Market also found some support.

Good call and should have taken off all.

I watched NFLX closely and patiently. When I saw 324 hold the bid on several occasions I added back for a decent average.

The bid eventually dropped, found support just below and reclaimed. Hence I stuck with it to watch it drop down to 325.50s find support and form a nice decision-Candle. Even more beautiful on the 5min.

Scared as i was i took off half right at the moment before it broke the highs of the 5m decision-candle for a run higher and I was out half at break-even. Bad call. Was afraid of a backside retest of lows or selloff lower. After the earlier desaster my confidence was rather gone.

It broke out and I did good taking profits and reducing my losses for the day.

could have added back more on the break of highs on the 1m Decision-Candle that formed and broke at 324. Bummer I did not. However this was just where I had added the first time. But still, stick to your rules!
