On the first trade, I just got too aggressive. I shorted it as it hit the vwap and started going down again, but not even a minute later, it shot up really fast.
Later, I longed it as it crossed the high of the day that it tapped quite a few times. I sold about half my position and and then added more on the break of the bull flag.
