In hindsight, my scaleouts were too quick. The biggest reason is that I got too caught up on the 1-min chart. Any big sell-offs made me nervous (they look big on 1-min, but they're not). It's important to remember that the 1-min chart is very useful for finding the entry, but I can just move to the 5-min chart for my scaleouts and trailing stops.
