Found this on the intraday momo scan. The daily looked to be squeezing out of a bottom. Intraday it already had a strong move and formed a nice first pullback. I got in, but it failed to make a new high and reversed.

I gave this one way too much wriggle room for how it was acting.

Once it failed to take out hod, you should have stop out flat.
