Bought this PR breakout as it climbed back above the 9 EMA when lunch hour ended. But meanwhile the SPY was tanking and this Long never picked up steam. I also realized that my 100-or-less shares limit isn't a good match for these $2 cheapies. Tomorrow I'll use higher limits for sub-20 and sub-10 dollar stocks.
