10:45:30 SPY L100s Discretion 5mbf R10c Exit@+24c +15c grinding up day. Took the 5mbf with a break out or bail out mentality. It ground up and we got HOD, so I just held through the noise with a breakeven stop for a long time till we got a pop and sold half on a retracement.
