Tough one. Stop (and subsequent position sizing) is best put under "where the stock came from" for my trading style. This one has hindsight though. :(

I see the FTBO you're looking at here, but it's 3 green candles into the push, so there was a good chance of a retrace. I don't have a problem with the buy spot, and I might've done the same, but I don't really understand the stop. The way I think about it is it either has to be tighter (under the low of the previous candle/the 9EMA/breakout spot, which is at .54 at that point) or looser (under the low of the pole candle you bought at the top of, around .45, which is where the 20 EMA was). TWTR had bounced off the 20EMA three times already at that point, so that might've been a better area for the stop. Then again, I probably would've been wicked out two candles later as it dipped below the 20, but mostly because of my incorrect position sizing. It still was higher than the previous low.

And don't get me wrong, this totally sucks! It happens to all of us :) (I just wanted to give you some extra thoughts on it)

hey, I'm looking at the low of the previous candle I bought at and that is .44.Either way I would have been stopped out on the wick. Which does suck. Thanks for your input I appreciate it
