Comments: Loss of focus. The reason I think is due to have studied with an avg of 14h daily since September. Thus means 14h of screen time a day. Wake up at 1pm Europe time: premarket study/preparation 2h.ca, market hours, after hours and daily reports. Break of 2 hours, some gaming/movies/beers and back studying up to 6am. Going to bed but I will fall asleep only after a couple of hours laying in bed. Too much screen time disturbs my sleep. Basically prior 8am I won't fall asleep. Sleep what I've got and wake up at 1pm. Everyday the same since September. I have got some weekends in which Saturday I have done nothing or Friday nights being out. Sundays I usually prefer to be back behind the screens to get back the proper attitude/mindset. It's not about having a red trade or a red day and even a red streak, it's all about how I handle psychologically the loss and what disturbs my main trading plan. I don't have crazy chasing, pathetic hope holding overnight positions, over sizing to make money or any other bullshit I have been profitable last month trading my plan. I think I need to be awaken to execute it!!! With the time I have lost strength, shape and energy. From having daily physical activities such as running, calisthenics, hiking and kayak I have passed spending the whole day sitting. I will take back my habits that I have been forced to put a side for a while.

Beside all regarding the trade I have to say that the volume profile showed in the chart here in tradervue have a wrong volume profile. I have tempted to anticipate my entry just due to the volume profile.
Premarket high was 40.22. 40.20 was the pivot that needed to be broke to grant the move upward and that rejection at the opening made a nice 5 min red candle with more then 3m shares on the volume. I have waited 2 minutes and entered for the 5min ORB. It didn't work and I have exited the trade once at VWAP.
I won't repeat this trade cause I need to have just a bit more patience at the opening.
