Initial Comment:

I didn't realize the trend it was taking and i searched for something that didn't had any sense. As soon as i figured out what was going on i convinced my self that it was to late, i lost the good entry's and i needed to search for another stock.

Proper Prep:

I analyzed the charts, news, numbers, guidance and Analyst ratings. They all suggested the stock was going higher because the numbers were good and the chart wasn't overextended by any meaning. It even had an upgrade from JP Morgan...What else i needed...

Hard Work:

I didn't watch it closely enough because i was focused on to many stock and even worst on the wrong stock. When i entered the trade in was just a slight look and i so it was fighting on the tape to get the 40.10 area (and also i told my self into the premarket i would short this stock at this price or near this area). It fail and i immediately got out.

Patience:

It was a mater of seconds so let's just say i didn't have to be patient to find out i made a huge mistake.

Detailed Plan:

My stop was above 10c and my exit was at 80c or lower.

Discipline:

I cut my loss immediately, no question asked.

This trade was a beginning of something much grater that i failed to see because i didn't had the proper focus and preparation to understand what was really important. Tomorrow i promise my self to focus only on a maximum of 4 stock (the best 4 stocks) and on 2 of them i have to know them like my self.
