This gapped down and formed a bear flag. I got a bad entry due to the lag but it worked out.

Ideal entry would have been $53.50 with $54 as the stop.

Looks like you caught the falling knife. Curious - was there a bear flag on the 1 min chart that you entered on, or did you just jump into the waterfall?
